Green Space Festival 10th

Toronto Green Space Festival is going to be a drag on with drag race alumni for their 10thanniversary.

 

The Toronto Green Space Festival is a cultural festival held every year in Toronto running from June 20th to the 24thatBarbara Hall Park. The culture festival helps support the LBGTQA+ community and raises money. The 519 hold the festival yearly. The 519 are a non-profit organization that helps the LGBTQA+ community. They work with homeless youth, education, job-hunting plus many more services and programs all while having a safe space for the LGBT community. The 519 are really pushing the message that you’re partying for a cause with the event. 100 percent of the money raised go towards funding different programs.

 

The Toronto green space festival is going to host the current drag race season 10 contestants Miz Cracker, Monét X Change and The Vixen. The festival is also going to host the winner of season nine’s drag race Sasha Velour.

 

 

The festival kicks off with the starry night event, which is where you can meet and greet as well as watch the season 10 Queens perform at Barbara Hall Park. Thursday, anniversary June 21 is hosting the Toronto Green Space Festival disco disco event.

 

At the disco disco event, you can dance your pants off with Kris Steeves, Phillippe & Diego Armand, Eli Escobar, Horse Meat Disco and the reigning queen Sasha Valore. There is also a charity auction going on for a Sasha Valore meet and greet, in this private meet and greet you and nine friends will be able to interact with the queen.

 

On Friday begins the one world event with performances by Deko-Ze, Saeed Younan, and Carl Craig.

 

Saturday hosts two events, the lipstick jungle with lesbian guests Tracy Young, Ana Paula, Morabito and Misstress Barbara.

 

If you like you could also go to the Tree-house party, which is a big event of the festival. Performing at the Tree-House Party will be Ben Bakson, GSP, Hector Romero, Isaac Escalante, Angel Moraes and Acrobatics by Matthew Richardson. The festival ends on June 23 with an after party at One Loft. It goes from 11 PM to 6 AM.
